Tiffany Francis

Tiffany Francis understands the entire educational journey as she began her career as a

teacher, campus principal and district administrator in grades Pre-Kindergarten through 12th

grades. The transition to higher education has been a calling that was not originally on her

career path, but where she now knows she was meant to be! Focusing on high school

recruitment through leading the work of Texoma Promise has helped Tiffany bridge her past

experience to higher education in order to serve Grayson county and the surrounding

community. She continues to strive to invest in the next generation by connecting with local

school districts to help students take the next steps to a successful future. Now as the Director of Promise Programs and Enrollment Management, she is excited to bring the success of high school recruitment to recruitment for ALL students. Tiffany is a proud Baylor University alumni where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She loves cheering on the Baylor Bears at any sporting event. Tiffany also holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. She most enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids enjoying any outdoor activity, but especially being on the lake or with their horses.
