Phillip Fabian

Phillip Fabian is an education advocate who serves as Senior Director for Dallas County Promise at the Commit Partnership, a nonprofit working to ensure all students receive an equitable education that prepares them for success. His role focuses on managing data and IT systems critical to the student support program. Prior to joining Commit, Phillip was an educator through Teach For America in Dallas ISD at H. Grady Spruce High School, where he found his true passion for supporting students. Phillip received a Bachelor of Science in biology with a focus on neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin.
