Autumn Parker

Community Partner Navigator, HOPE Toledo Promise

Autumn Parker is the mother of three beautiful children and a wife of eleven years. She

has recently taken on the role as the Community Partner Navigator for HOPE Toledo

Promise where she will work with our students matriculation into post secondary

education. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and was a

recipient of the Bill Gates Scholarship in 2001. She attended graduate school at Wayne

State University and has recently relocated from Michigan to reside in the beautiful city

of Toledo.

Prior to this position Mrs. Parker worked for Michigan State University through the

School of Education, served as a Dual Enrollment Professor for Wayne County

Community College and most recently transformed the College Readiness Program at

River Rouge High School which is also her alma mater. She enjoys engaging with not

only students but with parents during the process of transferring from high school to

young adulthood. She believes one of her callings is to be of service to others and she

does that being a tool for those in need.

She brings to us years of firsthand experience working with underserved students and

locating resources and services that aid in the advancement of students educationally

and personally. We are truly happy for our new edition and plan to have a long and

lasting partnership.
